Lori from Bonita store was extremely helpful. The Kids 20” bike wasn’t stocked at there store so she verified we could pick up from other location and double verified while we were in store. There was a back end issue with communication that cause us to go back and forth between stores but the manager Jose and Lori handled it like champs. Got it done for me, stayed late so I would have the bike for my kids birthday and even gave us gift card for the hassle. Unfortunate circumstance that turned out happy with how they handled it and helped us. Thanks guys!
I ordered online, which was very easy. The next day I received a call from an employee sorry forgot name) who was very nice and informative. We went over my order and she helped me set things up for me to pick up my daughters bike curbside. When I arrived to the Bonita Trek store, I called and a gentleman answered and he was nice and helpful. He came out quickly with bike and went over paperwork with me. He was very knowledgeable and I was extremely happy and felt very comfortable purchasing a bike from them. The staff here made me a lifetime customer!

The tall gentlemen with colored eyes that helped me, was very nice, and since I had a flat tire and needed to keep goin in my training day he didn’t make me wait long in spite of the fact he had a lot of work that day. I really appreciated it. Thank you very much!
