I would like to state that Robb is the real deal. He has great customer service and management skills. I observed him positively teaching and mentoring his young staff. When i had to reorder a bike part, Robb kept in contact and notified me when the part was ready for pickup. Thanks for the support!
The customer service was great! We went there just to check frame sizes, and we told them we planned to order online from them. Gabriel took the time to inform us about a lot of things, answer a lot of questions, and took the time to even show is kids bikes for our kid. Above and beyond.
Brought my bike in because it was having issues with the chain skipping. One of the guys put it on the stand and made some adjustments for me. 5 minutes later I was out the door. The bike is shifting beautifully now
