MARIA worst cashier of all time besides her manager Rosa she had the award for a long time. She can't work the register at all we tried to check out for about 10 minutes before giving up, thanks Maria for the worst service of the year. Amazing how people can work at a job and get paid for not doing it.
I had a sick child at home that desperately needed a prescription filled to slow down his vomiting. The team in the pharmacy was swamped but worked me in quickly. That’s customer service! Thank you!
I always have a very positive experience at this Rite Aid. The Pharmacist, Nathan, is wonderful. He is very friendly, personable, and has gone above and beyond to help me out with some insurance issues with one of my medications. I have always had amazing customer service from everyone here, both front of the store and in the pharmacy.
The store itself is very nice. I have had some trouble with the pharmacy, a young woman that works there was short and irritated when answering my questions. I felt like she hated working there or they are just very understaffed
