CVS

My prescription gets sent to this location. I get there and wait in their pick up line. They say they don’t have it and that I have to go to their drop off line. I stand in that line for 20 MINUTES! By the time I get up there they’re like “oh huh... I guess we do have this order” they said they’d “expedite it” for me... I stood in the store for more than an HOUR. Not one person was putting pills in bottles. Not one. They were more concerned about flu shots. I hate this place and you should too.

Omg! Worst pharmacy ever. We are waiting for a prescription for my mom for like almost an hour. They told us they have it and we only need to wait for 15 to 20 minutes. It has been an hour! We talked to them couple if times and they said the tech is aware and we expedited the request. Am like waiting and hearing them announcing other people’s names and we are waiting. Last time coming to this location. If there was no star I would give that to them!

The cashier is sooo and soooo slow! I hate going there because of that! Always delayed!n2 stars for the plenty of stuff they have

I am a 36 year San Diego local and regular shopper at this CVS . I turned in my prescription and was doing some random shopping before I left the store . Part way through my shopping experience I notice a scan all areas announcement over the loud speaker. As i was doing nothing wrong I thought nothing of it. Then a worker walks up and asks me if I'm alright. I give him a thumbs up and go about my shopint . Then about 5 mins later he tells me he needs to take my shopping basket. I quickly grab the last of the stuff I was looking for and as I was walking towards the check out I get surrounded and told I have to leave. I ask to buy my stuff as I still wanted it but at this point am feeling very uncomfortable and upset that I spend a lot of money with this store and they are profiling me as a shop lifter when I had done nothing to give anyone suspicion that I was even thinking of stealing. I then pay for my stuff which John the worker looked very concerned that they made a bad decision and the manager was a lady with a shaved head was very rude and unprofessional treating me like i was in trouble even though she had no reason to treat me eith such discrimination. If I did not live right next to this cvw and get my medication from there pharmacy I would never go back. Instead I have to continue to see a staff that doesn't know how to handle customer service and

The pharmacy here is awful. The worst I've ever been to. There are always long wait times (never enough staff) and they have problems with basic tasks. Today I saw the pharmacist tell three people in a row that she couldn't process their insurance because there had been some change to their plan. She told me the same thing... I got home and checked and my plan is the same as it has been for years. If you can avoid it, do NOT go here.
