Chris at the shop is always helping me out and giving me great service, he is very informative and always makes a point to be personable whenever I stop by. I have had 3 bikes worked on there and the guys have done nothing but awesome work for me. I have referred a few friends to the shop to have work done and they have been impressed as well. They are busy but attentive and I am fortunate enough to live walking distance so I can always ride the bike home they worked on for me!
Cool bike store right in my neighborhood! And none of the ego of those fancy bike stores. I spoke and dealt with both Chris and Killian and both were kind, patient and helpful. And they fixed a rim that needed to be trued in a timely manner with a fair price! I'm super grateful they are here and I'll be referring friends and family over there. You need a bike or need a repair, use this business. It's a pleasure to deal with people who care even if you aren't spending big bucks on a bike right at that moment.
I called looking for a box to ship a bike and they were super cool about it. Ended up chatting about old snd mid school bmx days with the crew, these guys are super knowledgeable! Very polite and very professional, will buy my kid's next few bike from them
