We purchased a great REI got a great deal and wonderful service. Will highly recommend this REI store. They have very unique children's, wonderful staff and very friendly prices. If there were 4 stars, I'd give that.

I recently shopped at REI for new running shoes and hiking boots and Austin provided outstanding service. He helped me choose shoes that are the most comfortable I have ever experienced. I had regularly purchased New Balance running shoes but he suggested trying the Astra brand and I am blown away by how much better they are. I have also traditionally worn Solomon hiking boots but I tried the Oboz and again am so happy with my purchase. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. Thanks for a great experience Austin!!

Awesome store! If you aren't familiar with REI it's all about outdoorsy equipment from novices to experts. I recently came here looking to get into weekend backpacking. I knew nothing about what equipment would be best or what to look for. Luckily Sharon was there to save the day! She expertly lead me around the store and answered all my questions and provided multiple recommendations on each piece of gear to give me options.

2020 update:nREI has gone down hill. They no longer support many of the policies that made them a great company and I very rarely shop here anymore.nnI LOVE REI !!nSometimes the floor staff is in La La land but no one compares to there over all level of service.

Great outdoors store for gear and equipment. A bit pricey but the money goes a long way for the quality of the items. Perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors and want reliable equipment!
