It's a very clean and nice Senior mobile park.
I do not recommend living here unless you liked being harassed by constant notices. They will go into your yard and look into your personal belongings as well as look inside your windowsto try to find any little thing to kick you out. They are unfair and pick on only certain tenants. They take advantage of the fact that it is a primary Hispanic community and believe they will not fight back. There is something definitely illegal going on in this park, do not recommend living here.
Unfortunately we had a very negative experience at this park. The only employee we ever met in our 3.5 months here was Kris, who stated she was park manager. We spoke with her one month before our planned move out, then again as time got closer. She told us no worries, just let her know the exact day we leave, but we had to pay a full month's rent and receive a refund based on our leaving day. We emailed the park the day we left as told, and suddenly the park owner and a different manager, both of whom we have never heard mention of, refuse to give us our refund. When we spoke with Kris those several times she never mentioned paperwork was needed. However, the owner refuses to honor these multiple exchanges.
Just move in and I've lived in the area five years or so. They are cleaning this place up very nicely!!!
I live very close to Wallace Falls. I call the area my heaven.
