Just the best service I've had anywhere in a long time. Everyone that helped me in my new bike purchase was awesome. I worked in a local San Diego bike shop in the mid 90's and have always tried to go above and beyond for the customer. That's the great service I received at Holland's Bike shop.

I was lucky enough that they have the Specialized Allez in the size and color I've been dreaming for. Drove down there from LA to pick it up on Sunday and they even replaced the front brake of my son's Rockhopper (I didn't buy from them) for FREE!!! Kade did a really good job! Their staff in the front store or repair room are so friendly and professional. Karl and Nelson were cool! I didn't get a chance to ride my new Allez until last night but found the front derailleur is not working properly. So hard to press and almost impossible to shift while riding. Emailed them this morning and got response quickly. Then Tyler called me. Guess what, we went over the issue, he called me again through FaceTime, I put my phone on a tripod so he could see I work on the derailleur, he taught me step by step, we fixed it and solved the problem!!! I later got another email from the owner Karl saying if the issue still there, I can take it to local bike shop and he will reimburse me for all expenses! I hope all bike shops in LA have the same attitude and enthusiasm these guys in Holland's Bicycle have!! Thumbs up for Holland's Bike!!!

Excellent staff and individualized service. Considering COVID challenges in the workplace staff were alert engaged and very much committed to creating a successful new bike experience for the customer. I have been cycling for 40 years and have bought a number of quality racing and touring bikes, so, this experience is framed with considerable experience in bike shops. More specifically, Jacob answered my questions patiently professionally and knowledgeably and to his credit when I had a question he could not answer he'd find someone on the Holland team who did know the answer and get me the answers quickly. I traveled upwards of 40 miles to buy a bike here and would do it again in a heartbeat. To Jacob and the Holland team thank YOU! I am impressed. Worth the trip from North County folks!

Holland’s carries Top quality Brands & products at all price levels and they have inventory to sell (not easy to do in this pandemic). The Sales staff was committed to matching me to the right bike (shout out to Jacob Nault!). The Ops/Service team committed to setup the bike quickly, with great communication on when it would be ready , and with the right instruction on pickup. I am now a committed fan of Holland’s bikes because the Holland’s Team earned it.

Jacob is the man and super helpful! The rest of the Holland’s Team is also great. Super happy with my bikes and would whole heartedly recommend you shop with Holland’s if you’re in the market for a new bike in San Diego.
