I had the pleasure of spending 4 days at the Whale’s Nest in Edmonds, WA. This wonderful building one block from Edmonds center of town and uphill from the waterfront and more great restaurants was so much more than expected. The owners have separated the building into three beautifully designed rooms, and a downstairs containing lounge, kitchen, and office areas. There is a lovely garden area and parking spaces behind the house.nnThe Walnut Cafe is just a walk down the alley for your morning breakfast, should you not want to cook on site.nnConvenience is what comes to mind when describing the Whale’s Nest and area, and a pleasure not to miss.
