I have been a Diamond member for years and stayed in many Hilton hotels.nnI do net recommend this one!nnHad experience similar to what Kelsey described. I wanted to cancel right when I walked in from one of the opened for some reason back door entrances.nnThey were out of room keys, and a digital one did not work for some reason, mixing up my room with the hotel entrance.nnVery crowded during the pandemic. Not clean. Spider web on the ceiling and walls.nnI just came from Oregon where I stayed at another Homewood, it is day and night.
COVID precautions maintained. Mask throughout building required. Breakfast options to go in paper bag. One party on the elevator at each time, there are 3 elevators. Staff is exceptional. Rooms equipped with cooking appliances and confortable bed.
Clean friendly staff but the living room small and for a room that was supposed to accommodate 6 only a small eating table and 2 chairs . Took a $150 deposit charged $10 per night for parking , never got my deposit back but they charged my card a additional $33 dollars plus kept my 150 deposit. I called and asked what exactly I was charged for ? They said only parking nothing else. So I guess I paid $183.00 for parking. I asked them to credit my card back and they said to contact my bank . It was out their hands
After a horrifying experience at a competitor, I came over here and was treated like gold. I am always so thrilled with the service at Homewood Suites! I had tried going to another hotel chain that was closer to my work in Bothell. Won't do that again! Homewood Suites are sparkling clean, bright, cheery, updated, well maintained, with amazing staff. It's worth the extra 10 minute drive to Bothell from Lynnwood to stay here!
Marble staircases and other original hotel features are what give this boutique hotel so much character. Add to that a free wine hour every evening, a very welcoming staff who clearly display passion for their hotel, Keurig coffee makers in each room and a large outside patio on the third level and you've scored yourself quite the splendid stay.
