Super clean room and building. The rates were reasonable. The bed wasn't too shabby either. Would stay here again.
We stayed 2 nights and we're very pleased. Chung made our reservation s and was very helpful during our stay. Our room was clean, updated and comfortable. The area around the elevator needed a little TLC, but for the price I definitely would stay again. Location was perfect.
Did not get to stay because the manager insisted on only a credit card to hold the room even though I booked online through hotels.com. It only tells you this crucial information after you complete the reservation. I had plenty of cash for a deposit and my debit card would have been okay too, but he wouldn't even try to negotiate AND you'd think he would since they have 53 rooms total with only a dozen people there when I tried to check in! Right now people need to stay indoors to keep the virus from spreading and this guy turned me down.

The place itself is pretty nice. However the people working here are awful. We were told that we needed to pay an additional 250$ for our two right stay upon arrival. $250 deposit for a 2 star hotel was steep. However, the guy at the front desk stated that we could get the money back in cash since it was our gas money and we had mentioned going elsewhere. Upon checking out, they told us they wouldn't do that and that it would be 3-5 business days to get our deposit. The front desk people were speaking to each other in a different language in front of us which is extremely rude. On top of that, they called the guy that said he'd give us our money in cash and he said he never said that. Do not waste your money here. The poor customer service is not worth it!
