Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast! Thank you Joe & Selisse for welcoming us in your hotel & make us feel comfortable during our stay. Manager should give these two a raise! Considering what is included, amazing price, even booking literally one hour before I needed a room. They were super accommodating for me and my dog, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Room was very clean, no issues with the check in or check out process. Are was very quite, bed was comfortable, for $30 more than a motel 6, this place was great and would gladly stay here again.
A loud machine came on at 3:00 am (sounded like a generator). We alerted management (Sheikh) and he came right up to our floor to check it out. It eventually went off on its own. Although they were still trying to figure out the problem when we checked out this morning, we were given a discount for our stay, which was very appreciated. Staff is friendly, professional, and work hard to ensure guests are safe and comfortable. Special shout out to Sheikh who not only responded quickly last night, but has done other acts of kindness over our last few stays.
My experience at the hampton inn was very nice. They've made sure my safety comes first during this pandemic. Everybody wears masks and they've thoroughly cleaned the rooms. The employees are nice and made the trip very welcoming. I would highly suggest going.
I have stayed in *many* hotels with a dog, usually not a Hampton. I have to say, I'm impressed with their pet policy, the friendliness of the staff, and the appropriately social distanced amenities. You sign up for pool time to ensure that only 3 people are in the area. They are currently under construction at their entrance, so you'll have to follow the signs directing you to the alternate route. I look for things to critique, but they have their bases covered! Well done Hampton Lynnwood employees, you're a step above the expectation!
