We stay at Holiday Inn Express as a rule because of Covid-19. We can count on the consistency of the brand and the business center that the hotel provides. Big mistake, Holiday Inn in Lynnwood business center was not a business at all. The computer was not connected to the printer, and one of the two computers did not have MS 365. When asked for help the employee did her best, but had to call the manager Mike Ross. He stated that the computers should work and offered no solution. The employee did offer me her email address to send my information to her and she wood print out the material. I told her that I could not compromise my work and that was not an option. Fast forward to the next morning Mike Ross the manager told at 1200 noon he did not have time to look at the problem that was reported to him previous night. At that point we had decided to check out and go to another location. This experience could have been handled differently; management failure!
Oh so nice... From the minutes you check in I felt so welcomed... The staff here is amazing!!! Would stay here again for sure
We had to leave a day early because some one stole her wedding ring out of our room while we were gone. They went into our room to replace the broken refrigerator and when we got back the rimg was just gone. I left it next to the sink on a paper towel to dry after cleaning it .ya it was just gone.i wouldnt recomend it
Staff was great. Remodel is nice. Unfortunately the building itself transfers all walking sounds above you and beyond, like thud thud thud. I know every time someone went to the bathroom at night. Very hard to sleep, and white noise doesn't help. Also, no housekeeping, even for a 5 day stay. Breakfast was a bag with a bar, peaches, and Apple juice.
Comfortable room. Morning staff friendly, but the lady that works the evening needs some training on customer service. Either hskping forgot our room, or they aren't doing stayover service? Wasn't told no service..so... Hotel in general is not the cleanest holiday Inn we've stayed at.
