I have to say I am in quite impressed ,it is very elegant , quaint. nice layout of the rooms it's a modern and cute feel ,and I will have to say the front desk lady is utterly amazing, she went the distance for me after I I was late. she did the most and was able to efficiently and quickly give me into my room it was a very pleasant and very nice experience for once.

Hilton Garden Inn Lynnwood is nice and new. What makes this stay best is the people working at this Hilton. They are very nice and professional. They all strive to please the customer; and they do well. From Vincent (Chefs breakfast) to Mark (Sales Director) to Mike (Receptionist) to the cleaning and maintenance crew. Thank you for making my stay a wonderful experience.

Great hotel. Check in was quick and painless, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was great. Literally the only thing my partner and I took points away for was that the pillows were just a touch too soft (a personal preference, and an insignificant detail in the grand scheme of things).

This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip to Washington! The staff was absolutely the best, so helpful and kind. They really did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible despite all of the restrictions. Everything was sparkling clean and all the staff followed the guidelines for keeping us safe. The decor and ambiance of this hotel is wonderful and it will be a favorite stop for us now whenever we're up visiting in the PNW!

I felt relaxed and at home during the Covid pandemic, front desk staff went as far as to sanitize all used room keys and pens after each use. The hotel had other advisable procedures in place that were reassuring. The atmosphere was inviting, cordial and relaxed. I was very impressed by ALL the staff at this property beginning with a warm phone call prior to arrival, a welcoming and prompt check in, and the overall willingness to assist in any way possible during my stay went above and beyond my expectations. The rooms were calming, spacious and included a big and comfy bed, lots of storage including a closet cubby, a desk area, a sitting area, a fridge and microwave, a huge 50 inch flat screen, lots of different lighting options, and a roomy bathroom and shower. Great location, 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle, via direct access to i-5, walking distance to a variety of restaurants, nearby within a half mile or less you will find nearly any store you can think of to go shopping at. All in all had a mellow and pleasant stay. The only cons I found were that the windows don't open and there was no complimentary breakfast option.
