We ordered a room for 3 guests 1 king bed and a sofa pull out. First no microwave as advertised, then a live flee in our bed then at 130 am we pulled the sofa bed out it had no sheets or blankets on it. . I will not stay at a Marriott again besides the fact they hammer us with phone calls several times a day. When you block them they just call from another #

The staff had small-town levels of kindness and warmth; it was nice to encounter someone in this culture who had time to be friendly. The room was well cleaned and stocked. We appreciated the environmentally responsible shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. We had a great stay.

We were 4 women staying at Courtyard for 2 nights during Chinese New Year. What a fun time we all had, great hotel, great location and great staff, especially Michelle Q. She was definitely the hostess with the mostess. She took care of us and our needs especially during the complimentary wine hour and a half. Will definitely stay here again :)

I stay here frequently for work. Rooms are not bad, but they could be better (a couple have a strong odor of smoke masked by too much fabreeze). The lack of tissues is also irritating. My biggest issue is that it seems at least one of the employees (building manager, maybe?) Doesn't wear a mask despite it being mandated and a requirement by the hotel which is even posted numerous times throughout the hotel. If he can't be bothered to wear a mask, I can't trust that he'd be bothered to care for the facility and/or the gguests. I'd very much like to see more consistency in policy adherence from the hotel staff as they set the example for customers.
