I was shorted of medication. I come back the next day to explain they give less than prescribed but I couldn't get the rest. They also don't refill until certain date. It's bad. I hope I will not be in severe pain to be need in that medication.nCheck and count all medication before you leave that pharmacy.

Any new prescription that is sent over electronically from doctor office will not automatically be filled. I have to call them and tell them it’s been sent. Then they will pull it up and it’s usually a 1-2 hour wait. Always confused about my insurance and copay. I asked the pharmacist a question during the consultation about breastfeeding while taking this med. She got annoyed and said I should talk to my doctor. I work in the field. It was something a pharmacist should know. Will be going elsewhere.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I had to share this one. I have had problems with this pharmacy from day one. It is one thing after another! My prescription is never ready on time, they never call to tell you if something is wrong. So few examples.... I placed my refill order and it has been a few days and I never got a call so I thought I’d stop by and check on it. So I did and the girl told me “oh, we couldn’t refill because your insurance didn’t go through”. So why didn’t someone call me?! It has been 3 days and nothing! Good thing I placed the order ahead of time but filling a prescription is a time sensitive matter so it would be nice to know I’m not getting it on time.nSecond example just from a few days ago.... I placed me prescription through their app on Monday. As usual never heard back so I stopped by on Thursday course I finally had time and they tell me “oh, we never got the request!”. I didn’t expect it to go smoothly anyway so I go ok, can you put it in the system today and she says sure, so she runs my insurance through the system and said “ok, will be ready tomorrow after 1, no charge.” So I show up on Friday.... as always never got a call from them about anything being wrong..... so I come in and the girl gives me a prescription and says “you have a copay” and I know I don’t. So I ask “Are you sure?” and she goes “yep”. So I leave and call my insurance and they tell me there is no copay!!!!!! So I call the pharmacy back and she tries to convince me that I do have a copay and I keep insisting that I don’t. So she asks me what medication I was trying to fill.... turns out she was giving me another medication that allegedly has been sitting on the shelf for me to pick up for some time.... and I know 100% that is not true. And then she tells me that they can’t refill the medication that I need because it is on back order. So I ask “why no one called me to let me know that?!?!?!”.nThat is when I lost it!!! I told her to cancel the whole thing and I will go elsewhere! This is just unbelievable! Never going to that place again!

The female staff will most of them are so rude n disrespectful if your not rich n white the treat you like you dont belong in the store let along speaking to them or asking them questions it takes forever to get a prescription filled even when it was there waiting for a couple days to be filled and if they dont like you or you not white n rich they will take all day tu o fill your prescriptionnnRaleys needs to replace the rude racist females working in the pharmacy I am real tired how I get treated there I have been a raleys customer for over 10yrs and never had a problem in that time until I moved here.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune to experience. I've never dealt with anything so terribly managed in my life. I wish I was exaggerating because this pharmacy is located so conveniently close to my home and I'm having to move to another pharmacy now. It has been a disaster to deal with every single visit and phone call I've had to make. I have one prescription and they just can't ever get it right. If you need to consistently take birth control, do not use this pharmacy. They've failed me on filling it on time more times than they have any excuse for. I went IN to setup auto-refill and they couldn't even get that right. This pharmacy is just worst. I don't understand how it is SO bad. Please find another pharmacy and save yourself the trouble.
