I only gave 3 stars because of the gentleman working here yesterday. He was very welcoming and had great customer service. We decided not to stay because I wasn't willing to spend over $200 for a room here when I could get a much nicer one at La Quinta or even the Hampton Inn. And that's what we did...it was also cheaper at those places!
They are very kind& have stuck with me through my trials and errors. I couldn't possibly recommend a more patient understanding team here at the Smokey Point motor inn. I admit you have your Buster's here but what hotel doesn't these days? The staff handles everyone with great respect dignity, buster or not. Just don't lie to them, be upfront and don't cause problems or bring attention to yourself.
I stayed for a week and has couple more days paid up and they kicked me out conviently keepung the money I had paid including the deposit and apparently I'm npt the only one they've done this too... Ive never been treated more poorly
Great place to stay. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff!
Great location good sized rooms some rooms come with kitchenette for extended stay friendly helpful employees. The prices on the rooms has recently increased , but they do accept the government's pandemic housing vouchers
