Your COVID testing process is a joke. I had an appointment but sat in my car in line for more than 40 minutes before I got to the window. Then, the lab showed up and emptied the test deposit box - that took several minutes - then I had to wait for someone to come out and repack the box with ice, which took several minutes more! That whole process could have been much better coordinated. Finally, originally I was told my test results would be available in 2 to 4 days... but here I am on day 7 without results. I will never give CVS my business again. You failed!

Visited today (August 22) and the bathroom was disgusting!!! Before the pharmacist unlocked the door she mentioned “we were just informed their are no seat covers in there”. Well I figured okay no problem I will hover.... the bathroom had not been cleaned since the 10th.... toilet paper all over the floor, dried pee and poop on the back of the toilet and under the seat (I lifted to take pictures to send to corporate) I would not even expect a gas station bathroom to be that nasty let alone a pharmacy/health!! Super gross. Also rude staff. Wish I could share the photos with this review!
