The guys at the PS Cyclery are the best. Very chill but knowledgeable. If you aren't happy with something, they will try to solve the problem or cheerfully offer a refund. And they do an excellent job maintaining my bike and keeping it in tip-top shape. I have literally heard people all over town extolling their praises. It's a business I am pleased to patronize.
Palm Springs Cyclery has a very knowledgeable and educated staff, great brands and an excellent service department. The owner is hands on and the locations are great in both Palm Springs and Palm Desert.nnFrom the top on down this shop fully supports the cycling community! I highly recommend this business.
Scott was very helpful, and even got the bike serviced at 5p.m. on the Wednesday night so that I could take the bike home and have fun with it on Thanksgiving Day! My daughter learned quickly and had the whole day to have fun.......did I mention she is 30. I know it's my fault she never learned before!!!!
Helpful knowledgeable team members. Exceeded expectations. Bought the bikes at Palm Desert Cyclery--terrific service in sales. Two weeks later flat tire--had good efficient service (quick turnaround) at Palm Springs Cyclery.
Nice clean place and knowledgeable people who really know what they are talking about when it comes to bikes. Don’t buy a Walmart bike go here! They have a nice selection of bikes and bike accessories. I recommend this place if you are looking to buy a bike in excellent condition.
