i have used this pharmacy for 5 years, and find their service impeccable. If a mistake is made (rarely happens), it is quickly rectified. They are providing free masks to customers. That is just superior service.
White Cross Pharmacy in Palm Springs provides exceptional service in a professional, compassionate, and friendly atmosphere. The pharmacy team family receives high marks in client communications, medication directions, program assistance advice, and delivery options. An absolute gem of a small pharmacy that has set the service bar high for the competition!
Posted hours on the door and on the website state open until 530. I called this morning to request a refill and was told I could pick it up this afternoon. I was not told of early closing. I drove 25 minutes and arrived at 455 to find locked doors. This is not an acceptable way to conduct business.
