Carson Ridge Luxury Cabins

This place was an amazing find! Theresa & Richard are fantastic hosts. We were looking for a place to run off to and get married and this did not disappoint. Tom & I chose the basic elopement package, hired a recommended photographer (another 5 star review) and relaxed while Theresa and Richard made it all happen. The day of the ceremony, we met with Theresa who was willing to accommodate having the ceremony almost anywhere we wanted on the property. The ceremony was personable and the cake & flowers Theresa found for us were beyond expectations. We spent 3 nights and had 3 breakfasts delivered to our cabin. They were amazing, hot, delicious and fresh. We're already talking about making it an anniversary trip next year!

The best place to have your honeymoon in the PNW! My now husband and I were researching areas a year ago and Carson Ridge popped up on a list of places to potentially book. What sold us initially was the location and the interior of the cabins. They all looked cozy, comfortable and romantic -- perfect for a honeymoon for two newlyweds. We booked the Mt. Hood cabin for us as I believe on the website it said that it was perfect for a honeymoon. Then we showed up in person and WOW, beyond our expectations!! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, with the softest sheets imaginable. A gigantic shower, a relaxing hot tub with lavender sea salts (perfect after hiking at one of the many nearby trails in the Gorge), AWESOME BREAKFAST! and games in the room and a big luxury TV and a fireplace and I could go on and on! We already plan on repeating a visit here for our 1 year anniversary, and we're thinking of maybe even bringing his parents and his aunt and uncle out here as well for a nice getaway! On top of all of this, the service was lovely. Teresa met us right at the beginning, helped us with our bags, showed us how to work the hot tub, and her and her husband Richard were always available for questions or for suggestions on where to go in the PNW. I highly recommend any couples to come out to Carson Ridge, especially any newlyweds like us who wanted the best PNW honeymoon ever!

We spent a much needed night away here for our anniversary/birthday. 2020 has been a rough year for everyone and being there felt like we had gotten completely away from the world even though it was only an hour’s drive from home. Theresa and Richard were so friendly and accommodating. They made a delicious breakfast while accommodating my picky diet. The cabins are beautiful. They think of every small detail from the best mattress ever to the cozy bathrobes which were great after the huge whirlpool bathtub. In a time of Covid it felt very safe and clean. We can’t wait to return during the summer to see more of the beautiful grounds.

My husband and I spent two nights here and loved every second! We had our breakfast delivered to our room and it was so delicious as well as romantic and convenient. The owners take a lot of pride in their property and work and you can totally tell. So many special touches. I highly recommend staying here and can't wait to go again.

Lovely place. My wife and I will be back. The hosts make the experience so nice.
