I bought a bike from Menifee Bicycles and have been very impressed by their customer service. They helped me to find the bike that best fit my needs and price range. My bike was stolen and I've been wanting to file report to try and find it but I didn't have the serial number. I thought there was nothing I could do and had almost given up hope of getting it back. Then I thought to call Menifee Bicycles and ask if by chance they had a record of it and they did!ud83dude01 I may not get my bike back but at least there is a better chance of it now. We’ve been shopping for good mountain bikes for awhile now, we’re new to it and in our 50’s. Went to many bike shops around here as well as San Diego and just not feeling understood and today went to Menifee Bicycles with our crazy fur baby in tow and have never felt so comfortable and heard. These guys are awesome, professional and friendly! Their prices are very reasonable. We couldn’t be happier with our bikes and with our new bike shop!

Haven’t seen my son in 18 months. Going to ride bikes all day tomorrow. Stopped in 3 hours before they close. They are swamped and booked up. They are helping me. Wow. Common courtesy and kindness and going way beyond the call of duty. Plus a fair price. I am impressed. I highly recommend Menifee bicycles. We brought our tandem bike in Saturday for some repairs in need of tlc. Brandon did a great job, explained everything very professionally, and we just picked it up today on Monday! Wonderful service, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. This shop knows the value of great customer service.

These guys are great. My son and his friend are trying to build a bike from scratch, and ran into trouble. They took time to help them out and teach them a few things in the process. Very friendly, super knowledgeable. We'll definitely be coming back
