If you’re at Skamania Lodge for golfing or an event and are looking for a quick massage, then this place will suffice. If you’re looking for a spa day, or a thorough treatment that does everything the services menu says it will do...then I would go elsewhere. This “spa” lobby is in the same lobby of the hotel gym, pool, and hot tub. I heard kids yelling and splashing around during my treatments. The reason I’m not giving 1 star is because we spoke to the manager and got 80% of the cost removed from our bill. She understood our frustration. The website is false advertising.
Clear cancellation policy but not very clear communication for rescheduling appointments (not actually communicated at all), even with guests that are traveling for their stay. The spa was unable to be flexible in the slightest and said that however late we were would just be taken out of our massage time. Pretty bummed about missing so much time from our anniversary massages just because we hit traffic on the way to the lodge.
Have been here numerous times the past 10 years, but very disappointed in this last visit. The hot tub and hand washing sinks in the ladies locker area were out of order. My provider was confused about which services I ordered. Am really missing Bonneville Hot Springs spa.
This spa certainly does not fit the expectation for such a wonderful lodge. We stayed in one of the tree houses for Christmas and reserved a couples massage well over a month in advance.nWould have been wonderful after our Christmas day hike of Hamilton Mountain, except they lost our reservation and couldn't provide service. Not very professional service and what we saw of the spa is lacking. Wouldn't go back.
Friendly front desk girls. Great massage services available! Pamper me day for sure!
