We had a most wonderful stay, more like spending a few days at a friend's house that a hired room at a B&B. John & Joan are friendly accommodating hosts. They are attentive to house, its surroundings, and our needs. They happily accommodate special dietary needs and turnout incredible breakfasts sourced form local foods whenever possible. There is also a side bar perpetually stocked with coffee, hot water with a selection of teas and cocoa, and cookies or mini bite muffins.nnThe house is close enough to downtown, only a couple of blocks, so you don't need a car. But it's not so close that you get the noise and traffic from the main drag.nnKaty's Inn will definitely be a repeat for us.

We had a wonderful three days at Katy's Inn. John and Joan are the best hosts! The home has great historic charm and is beautifully restored. It's warm, inviting and impeccably cared for. The outdoor gardens are stunningly beautiful and reflect Joan's passion for design and diversity. Our bed was so plush. The bedding was the softest and most comfortable ever. I learned the sheets were made of bamboo; who knew?nOur breakfasts were simply amazing. I don't think the hosts are classically trained chefs but their food preparation and presentation makes you think they are. Their lemon-rosemary scone and cheese soufflé are Michelin star worthy!nLa Conner is such a cute small town and Katy's Inn is very well located to take advantage of it's charms. It feels like the B&B is well away from the Main Street even though it's just down the hill two blocks. We loved our stay here and the friendship we built with John and Joan. We will definitely make a return trip to Katy's Inn.

My wife and I stayed at Katy's Inn for a couple nights. We absolutely loved it!!! The house is an amazing home and the grounds are beautifully kept. The location is great for walking all around downtown La Conner. The owners of Katy's Inn are incredibly friendly and kind. The breakfast they made us both mornings was so delicious! I would highly recommend staying at Katy's Inn. We are definitely going to come back.

We had a wonderful experience at Katy's Inn. Our room was perfect, comfortable & very clean.nWhen we arrived we were thrilled to have home baked cookies waiting for us. The breakfast was out of this world, simply delicious & tasty. We made ourselves at home & enjoyed playing cards at the dining room table in the evening. Joan & John were wonderful hosts & made us feel like family. I would highly recommend if you are traveling to LaConner. ud83dude0aud83dude0a

It was one of my best vacations. The first time when I went with my friends, I had wonderful time and we enjoyed staying over. I liked the place a lot and the wonderful service. The hosts were very welcoming. As a result, I was excited to bring my family for the second trip and everyone loved it! Especially since I am normally sensitive for when the rooms are dirty but they were very clean. I am definitely looking forward to coming again! Thank you both for the great hospitality
