Sadly I fear Chicks is going away like many other retail stores. They are not closing down because of Amazon, but instead of poor customer service. I ordered something delivered from their store. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, so like the cable guy they give you a window for delivery, but never showed up. I called Chicks to find out where my stuff was and they said they did not know because a third party handles their deliveries, thus there was nothing they could do about it. They gave me a number to call the delivery service, but surprise surprise that number has been disconnected. Bottom line, I bought something from Chicks, paid for delivery, and no one knows where it is. This is why Chicks like many retail stores will go out of business. They have no customer service.
I had a problem with a defective item and The managers Destiny and Rodger helped me out( Sorry If i misspell the names) and I have to say it was probably the best customer service I have had...they understood the problem and helped me out quickly and efficiently. Manager and the floor staff communication was on point. Thanks for helping me out.
It was great over there very helpful imployee's and overall great and neatly clean store.
Nice selection of gym sports wear. Happened to catch something on sale too!
Great store. Really good selection and well stocked. The sales person was attentive and knowledgeable. Parking was free and easy too.
