Ross and Jessica were super helpful on Saturday. It was my first time renting there but will certainly be back! :) We rented three 7-gear beach cruisers and loved them! I recommend renting the cruiser with the gears because there are little hills along the path. Have fun out there.

I bought an electric bike from Frank at SoCal Electric Bikes a couple days ago. Not only got a great deal but received outstanding service. I am full time RV and wanted to have a bike to just sightsee as I travel around. Frank was patient explaining everything about how the bike worked and even delivered it to the RV. I wrote back the next day and we went through a catalog and he patiently helped me find a hitch for the back of the RV and checked to make sure I got one at a reasonable price. Really appreciated the care and concern and his desire to make sure the bike really met my needs. I will definitely go back again and may even get another bike for a friend soon. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this place! First off, I love my Newport E-Lux bike. It is beautiful and so much fun! I got a great price on it and I am VERY happy. Second, I have had a couple of flat tires. I don't have a SUV to get it to the shop. The first time, Ron the owner sent out his tech to repair the tire at my home. This time Ron came and got my bike and it was fixed within 2 hours! That is unheard of customer service! It is the reason I am glad I bought from SoCal Bikes! Plus, they donated an auction item to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, so they are nice people, too!nnTHANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

In this day and age we all go to to an online store or amazon to make a purchase like this. But there are some good reasons to purchase your e-bike from SoCal Electric Bikes:n#1 SoCal Electric bikes will beat ANY online price.n#2 The bikes are ready to ride right off the show room floor. If you buy a bike from an online reseller you have to assemble it yourself or pay to have it assembled and tuned.n#3 If you have any issues, SoCal Electric bikes will handle it on the spot; online resellers will put you thru the wringer to get any service issues resolved. This can take weeks of back and forth emails for something that wasn't even your fault.nnSo if you are interested in testing out an e-bike to see if its right for you, go to Palm Desert, make a friend and get a great price on a great bike.
