Not worth the price even during off season. Check in staff was nice. Rooms need maintenance and housekeeping follow up..from repairs, replacement or better upkeep. We didn't even get a washcloth...
Hot water on the sink tales at least 10+ minutes to get not hot but warm....for hot..no idea got tired of waiting..not enough towels. Or pillows..only 2 and very thin..no creamer of you want it for your coffee....always need to go to the front desk and ask..if you want more than 8..4 for each cup..well...what can I say?n:( Normally the mattress is fine, the last time it was lumpy and beyond uncomfortable...A very poor night, not much sleep. This hotel used to be great, I wonder what has happened..is not for the lack of customers. Has management changed? I may drive to Burlington next time.
I got a last minute deal for $49! The wind was heavy that night and traffic was pretty loud as well. Other than that my stay was perfect!
Stayed last weekend, with my girlfriend and her cousin such an amazing experience of customer service from Nancy. We were in town for a charity motorcycle ride and Nancy went above and beyond making sure our motorcycles were safe and sound. Thank you again Nancy for your professionalism, compassion and respect.
Great spot for a quick rest, also for a long stay. Wish the pool was open, looks very nice. The room was clean, everything about the room was great.
