I was there last weekend and this holiday weekend.nIsabel the receptionist gave us a horrible experience at our check-in. She also had her little son on the front desk counter that day and he was sick and coughing all over the front desk.nShe did not wear a mask and neither did her sick son.nThe hotel is supposed to care about customers. Everyone knows that young kids are super spreaders of germs so it is impossible for me to understand how she could be allowed to have a sick child present in such a public location.nAdditionally, she made many mistakes in our check-in process and even failed to secure our room at the hotel even though she took my payment. This was simply astonishing.nnAnd during our check-in process Isabel allowed an another guest, an older woman, to stroll to the front desk while I, my husband and young son were waiting for her to check us in. This woman wore no mask, was much less than 6 feet from me, held an unleashed dog in her arms and was never told to wear a mask. In short, at no time did Isabel make the effort to keep us safe while waiting to complete the check-in process.
Very nice hotel. The staff are very helpful and nice. Never have we had a bad experience.
Great setup, kitchenette ect. I would stay again.
Me and my wife have been here multiple times used to be great the manager used to be great now she’s just rude and seems hateful. Front desk lady’s are very welcoming seem like they need some more training some days but so welcoming.
Phone didn't work.nCouldn't watch TV cuz the cable TV was on the fritz.other then that never slept so good!!
