Very nice staff, updated rooms, very clean. We were out camping and it dumped rain for hours and we were over it. Called around 9pm and they were able to get us 2 pet friendly rooms on short notice

Leidy, was so professional, nice and never sounded annoyed while I asked so many questions and she made us feel welcomed, so the other employees. The room was quiet and comfortable and very clean. My family enjoyed our stay.

Please read the whole thing for pros and cons...nCons: Had lots of trouble with the door and the lock system, had to slam the door for it to actually close all the way(I heard everybody leave the next morning)nfirst impression it looked very nice, after about 5 minutes I noticed how cheap everything was.nVERY THIN WALLS MY NEIGHBOR HAD NO COMMON DECENCY DECIDED TO PLAY THEIR MUSIC VERY LOUD, COULD HEAR IT FROM THE HALLWAYnWhen opening the wooden bathroom door, there's no door stop to shield the glass shower doornBathroom fan barely workednVery low toiletnAnd cheap toilet seatnBed was uncomfortablenPillows were too flatnFelt like I was going to fall off the bed all nightnComforter was very very heavynThere were no utensils or plates availablenI was allotted one straw but didn't realize this until I threw it away.nFloors were very sticky!nWould not stay here againnnPros:nMilitary discountnDish TV-I could actually use the guide button!nHad one of those Keurig thingsnShower was nice, water pressure, ehnLobby was big and presentablenHad a big vending area, things to eat if you didn't bring real food.nDidnt try the breakfast but nice that it was includednAir conditioner was great

Fairly new. Clean, spacious. Overall, generally a nice corporate hotel.

I want to report stellar staff member Caleb for his over all professional manor and humanistic quality. I had problems with booking through a website with another hotel in town. The staff member there was vapid and clueless about what to do and had to call her manager at home cellphone, then attempted to call the hotel next door, on her cell phone to find out if they had any rooms available. Fed up and tired from a long trip i checked the local hotels to find comfort suites. Caleb answered the phone, informed me to book through the website for cheaper prices, did so and with a minutes drive I met with Caleb to easily aquire my room key in a great professional manner that I have not seen in the service industry in some time. I would have given 5 stars rating however the bed was too soft for me personally did not sleep well, but is beside the point. I got the service I needed and I feel that Caleb did an excellent job.
