I really dislike leaving bad reviews but the service at this establishment I can not ignore. So it’s been a month-long journey online reading reviews and OfferUp searches on mountain bikes. I had a couple of days of work I said let’s try the local shop, soon as I entered “ LIZ “ asked me if I needed help, I said no thank you and from there it was downhill, she insisted that I take her expertise and would not let me walk freely and shop, nope not on her watch and then tell me the rules and regulations that they could only have minimum persons in this establishment at a time, I honestly don't know why this would have anything to do with me, but I asked her if she wanted me to step outside and she said no, so then she asked what can she help me with again, at this point, it was clear, Brown skin, tattoos and a mask that is required by law she wanted to hold my hands in walking. I then asked her if she would like to follow me and she again insisted on trying to make me feel very uncomfortable. I work hard for my money and decided to spend maybe a couple of thousand today in finding a great bike, please don’t stop here if you are any other color than white you may want to take your hard-earned money somewhere else, very disappointing to say the least I will be driving to Bellingham today and hopefully I can find a bike and better service.

This is an awesome Bike Shop, as are their other branches in Mount Vernon, etc. The mechanics are phenomenal and willingly help to troubleshoot. They know their stuff. Plus they’re just nice!

Friendly service staff, reasonable prices

We recently rented a tandem from Skagit Cycles in Anacortes. The staff was very helpful with every detail of the rental process. They installed racks for us and made sure the bike was ready for the road when we arrived. They went out of their way to help us with our trip. Great staff and quality products. We highly recommend Skagit Cycles.
