I had an issue with my bike shoe and my own personal bike. They were so nice and courteous and helped me out. Although I did not use any of their bikes, I can not imagine a nicer group if people to work with. Customer service is top notch. If I ever do rent a bike on San Juan Island, I would go here based on how kind and generous they were.

Not renting bikes this summer. After visiting their website with no indications of rentals not happening this summer, I submitted a request to rent electric bikes. I did not receive email correspondence from the company and when we went to pick the bikes we were told they are not renting this summer. Luckily discovery sea kayak was, so head there for summer 2020!

Got a bike tune up, recommend making an appointment ahead. Service completed in time expected.

Quick and easy transaction! Walk in, tell them what you're after, give them your name, phone number, and a credit card then you're on your way. When your done with your bike, just return it to their bike racks. The cost was about $85 total for two bikes for 24 hours. Totally worth it in my opinion. You get a lock for your bike, helmet, repair kit, and an extremely handy cooler on the back for waters or beer. All of their bike inventory seems very nice and up to date. There are probably 3 to 5 different types of bikes to choose from. We just went with the basic road bikes. Thanks guys!
