Rite Aid

People here are very nice, and very helpful. Man was cruising me and the sales clerk let me sit near the desk until my boyfriend came to pick me up. Very speedy as well I love coming here because I can always be in and out even at the pharmacy.

I just went through the drive-thru to get a COVID-19 test because I am severely sick, and they refused to sale me pseudoephedrine through the drive-thru. I tried to give him my ID to buy it. The register is literally right there. We were only divided by glass, which isn't much different than the plexi-glass between worker and consumer that are everywhere for public safety in the pandemic. He said I had to come INSIDE the store to get it. Super irresponsible. So I had to go inside, with a fabric mask (that we all know will not stop covid particles from aerosolizing in the air, and possibly infecting others in the store), and Oh yeah! Pierce County had almost 300 positive covid-19 cases today and 2 deaths! Real good job on public safety and health, NOT! Regulations should be amended in a pandemic where so many are dying. This is not okay, and I never would have gone in if I didn't need the meds so bad because I am so ill.

Rite Aid is a good store with customer service that is actually friendly.

I needed a refill on my prescription and the pharmacist helped me right away. Store was extremely sanitized and being able to safely get what I needed in a efficient time right now was amazing. THANK YOU

Charles, the supervisor was very helpful and friendly. He always have a smile on his face. The store looks clean and the staff was patient enough to help me with different products or . I appreciate everyone in there with their great customer service.
