I recommend this hotel to everyone!! Both times we've stayed our rooms were spotless and inviting. Rooms are spacious. Lobby is grand and beautiful. Gift shop features the works of local artists. Paid a little extra for a room with a view and access to a special lounge with refreshments and continental breakfast; glad we did. This Hotel is a class act!
We stayed at Hotel Murano for our wedding night and the staff were all amazing. They upgraded us to a suite for our wedding night and decorated the room with rose petals! They took such wonderful care of us! The hotel is clean and beautiful, food is great and the beds and pillows are so comfortable! We cannot wait to go back!
This is the nicest hotel in Tacoma. However, that is not saying a lot. The lobby is beautiful and the staff are kind. The valet worked quickly and gave great recommendations when asked. The rooms are not as nice as you would assume for the price. They could use some updating. This is merely an aesthetic criticism. The housekeepers did a great job and the room was very clean. The gym is small, but does the trick.
Very old but well-kept conference center with good traffic flow.nnConference center restaurant very surprisingly good, including in terms of value.nnMy spouse says rooms are also older but very nice. The glass exhibits in the lobby are first-rate.
Beautiful Views of the surrounding mountains, including Mt. Rainier which could be viewed while having breakfast every morning (see the photos). Speaking of breakfast, it was outstanding! Certainly an enjoyable, as well as memorable experience at Hotel Murano. It was a pleasure staying there.
