Loved my stay at the Holiday inn Express & Suites. Very clean. Very convenient location to I-5... Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I would've given them 5 stars if they offered a wide variety of breakfast foods. From waffles to cold cereal. Juices to drink as well as coffee(of course). The works, eggs, sausage, bacon, breads.

Rozlynn was a sweetheart. She worked hard to meet my expectations and the entire staff is very polite. Nice quiet property and I highly recommend staying here when you are in this area or passing thru. I came from Nevada and received nothing but red carpet treatment at the holiday inn express. Didn’t get the tub I wanted but well worth the stay Slept like a baby it was so quiet and peaceful. Keep up the great work and the supervisor is awesome ud83dude0e

I normally stay at hotels that have comfortable beds and clean rooms. In this case this hotel was the closest to the hospital. We had a family emergency and flew here from Wisconsin. When the staff found out why we were here they immediately gave us a hospital discount and the next day we had flowers delivered to our room with a beautiful card hand signed by the staff! I have never experienced anything like this before from a hotel. We were here a week waiting for our son to wake from a coma. They asked ever day how he was doing. I never take the time to write reviews but this one I had to write. Thank you to the staff!! God bless you all!

Hotel is clean and nice at first sight, but goes downhill from there. Not a fan of paying to park a car, just charge more for the room upfront instead of hiding the fees. The cold bagged breakfast in the morning is a joke, other Holiday Inn locations let you fill out an order for the morning, here you get whatever they put in the bag (corn flakes, milk, a hard boiled egg, banana and a smashed muffin). Stayed in a king suite and the bed was comfortable but the window doesn't seal shut, there was a leak next to the lock and the wind would whistle through when closed. Also my heater doesn't work it only blows cold air even set at 80 degrees. The bathroom fan was either off or so low it doesn't do anything so don't expect to use the mirror for 5 minutes after showing. Overall there was nothing majorly wrong, just a handful of minor things that add up to my never wanting to return here.
