I stayed here for several months while working on my house. The property was clean and comfortable and the gated off-street parking was great! The house had all the amenities that I needed; having a full kitchen and laundry were especially nice after a long day. Kimberly (the owner) was very helpful and responsive in providing directions and guidance for local attractions, grocery stores, etc. She clearly takes pride in restoring older homes and was always working to improve the property. I was initially skeptical about the area, but there was a lot of new development going on and I found it quite safe and enjoyed walking to restaurants and the glass museum. I would not hesitate to stay here again; for the money and convenience of living in a fully furnished home it certainly beat a hotel room!
Great location, everything you need to be at home. Awsome view of Mt Rainer. Walk to dining.
The owner Kimberly is rude & obnoxious. If you're person of color. DON'T RENT. I REPEAT DONT RENT FROM HER!!!
