I had a couple of bikes that needed a tune up, so I took them in to get serviced at Rapid. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. They made a novice bike rider like myself feel comfortable in the shop. They explained everything, provided options, and ultimately got my bikes back on the road basically as good as new. Service was speedy and the price was fair. Will definitely be back when needed. Thanks!
I love the guys at the shop but the problem was when o took my bike in to get the shock rebuilt and it took about a week to get the parts and when we took they got it fished but did not get the seals replaced and I payed for a entire rebuild. So now I have to pay 170 bucks again to get it rebuilt and done right. Don’t get me wrong this shop is a really good shop and the people are awesome I just had a bad experience with the shock
Workers there we're very helpful when I needed a new chain. It's a clean location and they have another store on Bluff Street. They have a great selection of bikes, bike parts, e-bikes, tools, chains, wheels, tubes and more.
I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They do exceptional bike repairs and are even helping me with a warranty claim on a bike part that needs replacing. Stop by and check these guys out.
They gave my son’s bike a tune up and finished very quickly. We were very happy and they were very kind and efficient. I would recommend them because they know their stuff and have very good prices.
