Made an appt on 10/10/20 for 9 am on 10/15/20 so all six of us could choose a bike we wanted to potentially buy. We arrived and waited for 30 minutes but they were a no show. While we were waiting, we were talking about the visits that we each had made individually. It appears they may have told us all different information which is discouraging. We may have to purchase elsewhere.
UPDATE: an employee who answered the phone acknowledged there was an appointment today but simply forgot. He said they were short on bikes and there are other stores to buy from. It wasn't Dave, it was someone else who didn't give his name.
Had an amazing experience purchasing from Open Road Motorsports. They are a wonderful group of people who will go above and beyond. Can't say enough positive things about em! Easy to talk to and constant communication throughout the entire transaction. Will definitely keep going back!
They were so awesome to work with! I was surprising my husband and it worked out so well! They were so nice! Told us so much about the car and just made us feeling comfortable. Prices are great! The ride was incredible! We will definitely rent again!!
