Best bike shop in Tacoma. They are extremely busy. Get there early and line up by the door.
Always a friendly place, they sell used equipment, bikes. They can order a few name brand bikes if wished. They are a non profit shop. They will allow customers to work on your own bike using tools provided. I do believe you need to talk with them first though.

Fast service - I dropped my bike off at 1230 and they were finished by the end of day. Knowledgeable staff - I know nothing about bikes but it sure sounded like they knew a lot. Friendly staff - they answered their phone and greeted me in a warm manner.
