As ever...REI is the go to of choice for sustainable outdoor outfitters. And staying safe while doing so is very much addressed by staff.nFrom limited numbers of shoppers to masks and hand sanitizer, it's covered.nThough it is a bit of a wait to enter and shop. So plan ahead.nThanks to the great people at REI.

Always a pleasant experience. And I really mean it...knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. I went in to get pedles on my bike replaced. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes! It was a refreshing experience...

Great prices and awesome staff. Their staff is down to Earth and knowledgeable about their products. We get our mountain bikes worked on here. In our experience their team has always been friendly and efficient.

As a former employee, being a part of the Coop in many ways is so rewarding beyond the dividend. They're stocked up, keeping 25% capacity, and maintaining best practices for COVID.nnPrices are expensive for MSRP but sales are constantly going, with an annual dividend of 10% that you can cash out. So that's nice to be handed money once a year whilst shopping!nnConsider shopping online as well during these times since garage sales are postponed and in-store shopping can still be crowded.

I went here recently to return three items that were the wrong size that I ordered online. The lady that was working at the desk was a younger lady that had thick fake eyelashes, probably a new employee. She had a lackadaisical pace and was inconsiderate of people's time. It seemed like she took pride in the line backing up with frustrated customers while going slow and being meticulous. She inspected every inch of each shoe like she was a cobbler.nnThis is the only negative review I've written in a really long time, but felt compelled as this made me (and other customers) very frustrated. I love REI and shop here very often, but I won't be going to this tacoma location again.
