All of the staff were amazing, especially Terry, who helped me put a bike rack on my car for the first time (in the 40 degree weather). Thanks for going above and beyond! I would highly recommend this place. (I also visited the Redmond location, and had an amazing experience there.). Very happy with my Trek bike.
Great staff and service people. I was greeted warmly and treated with respect and kindness. The bicycle is awesome! It's the best bike I've ever ridden and I look forward to many years of riding enjoyment and lots of mileage on it.
Great bicycle shop! They do repairs on store-bought bikes as well as high-end models. I brought my Schwinn bicycle in for a minor repair. Even though it wasn't a high-end bike, and I hadn't bought it there, they fixed it while I waited and for a reasonable price. They have some amazing mountain bikes for sale. As well as lots of cool accessories for any bike enthusiast. This is my go-to bike shop for the Tacoma area!
I went in right at opening on a Sunday. Had Gregor (if I remember correctly) to help me out finding a decent bike to get back into riding after a decade. Phenomenal service and very friendly! Would definitely go back and recommend a friend.
The bike is above the rest...I was looking to get the RAD, but after seeing the TREK I had to have it! The style, quality was outstanding! So, off I went to purchase! Now, let’s talk customer service. I wanted a place to visit, a person to talk with - not just an online experience- and with Trek having that location was everything. When they say customer satisfaction they mean it! Even home visits when needed! Products and Services is a 10+++!
