Amazing bikes, awesome prices, awesome people. I went all over town looking for a bike shop that was fair and reasonable. Not only did I find that at The Bike Shop, but more importantly I found someone who actually cares about his customers and making them happy.
Stopped by The Bike Shop California last night to pick up a pair of climbing shoes and left with much more than I anticipated. Peter (an avid rock climber) helped me find the perfect pair and fit, while also giving me a ton of tips for a new climber. Peter was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and made me realize no sporting competitor is worth visiting when you get real answers and experiences at The Bike Shop California .
The Asian dude who works here is just rude. condescending, unhappy... who knows.nnNo wonder the store is empty. Good luck
Paul is terrific - great repair and maintenance, easy neighborhood location with parking, and guarantees all his work. We've been very happy with him for several years now, it's so much better than a traditional storefront bike shop. And very reasonable prices.
