Such an awesome shop! This review is for their repair team. Now, I've bought things from them in-store before, but I had a flat and my bike also needed a tune. And without a car I was feeling a little stuck. I looked up bike stores in the area and saw Beverly Hills Bike Shop also does pick up and delivery for bike services. Awesome! Sent them an email and Steve helped me out - picked up the bike, swapped out the tire and tube, and gave it a tune so I'm finally back in the saddle. Thanks everyone!

Hands down the best retailer to buy high quality outdoor equipment. Outdoor gear can be costly but worth every penny for the comfort. I bought some keen hiking boots from here. The sales rep administered a few assessments to better recommend the right hiking shoe. Her recommendation was excellent! Customer service here is friendly and always positive. Love this location.

Outstanding trip, thank you! I did the supported overnight bike trip to Pt Reyes. All the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. And the food was really terrific and they had options for every diet. They all really went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. And the clients on my trip were great and we couldn't have asked for better weather. Already signed up for another trip!

We rented snow board and skiing package from Sport Basement. We did the 3-4 days package, and they gave us almost 2 days of travel time, so Sunday out and Friday in. The deal was perfect for us, and the cost was only 65$/person. We enjoyed the good quality equipments at Lake Tahoe, and we would definitely come rent again if we go next time. At the end of the trip, we just dropped off our stuffs and left in 10 minutes. Very efficient and user friendly.

Absolutely amazing people. Very busy but very friendly. Everyone here is very humble and genuine. I built my e-bike at home but wasn’t sure if i put everything in place correctly. So I went to them for a quick check up and they were really fast. The owner Steve, has a great thing going on.
