Nicest bicycle shop i’ve ever been to! I love this place and Mike is the best
Wow! I am on my second Solé bicycle. The first one was stolen. I have had my second one for 2 years now. I get a lot of good use out of my bike as it is my sole mode of transportation. A couple weeks ago, my bike had a malfunction while riding. Caused me to go down. It was a freak accident and is not representative of a Solé bicycle normally. Long-short, the whole team went ABOVE and BEYOND to look out for my health and my bicycle. Thank you, Solé. You have gained a customer for life!
I had some issues, but maybe I needed to be more understanding considering they are dealing with the Covid 19 crisis in California, I'm located in Florida.nI talked with Jodie, a very sweet and kind woman and she helped me out.nI recommend someone call her if they need help, she was quick to respond after she connected up with me and took up my case. They look like very attractive bicycles. All companies have issues as they grow. I had a very successful business myself in my younger years and know this.
Johnny and Ian are amazing- extremely knowledgable, helpful, and speedy! They answered all of our questions and took care of us- amazing customer service.
