I can't thank Carlos and the team enough. I was just on a ride and got a flat and had nothing with me to change. The shop down the street quoted me $65 and told me it would take 3-4 hours. So I luckily found The Bike Shop. Carlos was incredibly nice and had my tire changed in 10 minutes. Ended up buying 2 shirts and tube changed and paid less than what I was quoted by the shop a few blocks away. I will definitely be back with that kind of service!!! You guys have AMAZING customer service. Thank you!
