They were nice, and had the somewhat obscure thing that I needed. Feels a little like they cater mostly to the Spandex avengers rather than the slightly more casual riders. Which is fine.
In reading this review, keep in mind that I only visited once, so I cannot be sure if my experience was typical. The store was well stocked and seemed to offer all I could want, but I hit a snag on a Monday afternoon in getting anyone to help me with my cyclery needs.nnI asked one person for assistance, who passed me to another ... and then reluctantly took me back when his first pass-off could not provide me with knowledgeable help. The store had only two customers present at this time (including me) but at least double that number of apparent store employees wore uniform polo shirts, so it was not clear to me where the difficulty lay in offering help.nnOnce I got assistance and made my purchase, they were polite and helpful in getting a bulky bike rack to my car.
Been riding for 26 years, bought my 3rd road bike here, not super high-end but a nice bike. Matt and Pasadena Velo have been great from the start, handled every issue and every question like professionals. Very happy with the shop, the service, and the bike :)
Great experience with these guys! I wanted to get back to cycling during this pandemic, so they picked up my bike for a tune up and new tubes, and had it back to me later that same day. Then, when the front tire sprung another flat the next day, they took it in and fixed the issue for free. Really appreciate the service!!
I highly recommended this store very professional to the customer and they give you an idea how to modified your road bike..I’m so very happy I bought wheel-set mavic ksyrum and handle bar and stem for my CERVELO bike and I love it thank you Mathew for helping...
