AMAZING! JUST AMAZING.nThese young men made my shopping experience wonderful. Completely knowledgeable, and helped my 9yr old to find what he needed and wanted. They are not in business too just sell Bikes, they did and excellant job in helping people find whats best for them and their budgets. I am a proud supporter of this small business. I am not sure owns this place, but they definitely have the right staff.

Outstanding service!!! I had a rear road wheel in dire need of a proper truing job. All shops within 20 mile radius wouldn't do it within my time frame because they were so backed up with other things. I went by Sound Bikes and was told a couple few days...a far cry from a few weeks to some shops not even having the time. The price was variable depending on how bad the wheel was a of true.nnAfter picking up my rear wheel, all I could say was WOW! Not a wobble, no left or right movement, just very true! Put a big smile on my face as I couldn't wait to get this rear wheel back on my Lapierre road bike.nnTHESE guys are good, very friendly, and they obviously know what they are doing (some excellent bike techs). They now will be my go to local bike shop.

What a great shop in downtown Puyallup! We had just searched another bike shop that was many times the size with a fraction of the selection of parts and custom bikes. Left with exactly what we were looking for, not some substitution but exactly what we were hoping to find on the shelf!

Two attempts to get a bike repaired. First time they were going to call when the part came in. No call so we called back after a few weeks. Set up an appt for 10am. We bought the inner tubes from another store because they are having trouble getting them. No one showed up to open the store. We waited 20 mins and left. I guess they don’t need anyone’s business because they are so “busy”. How about not making appts at starting time if you aren’t going to be there to open the store?
