To whom it may concern: my wife had the pleasure of working with one of your employees earlier this week (Alison) and had a very positive experience. Alison went above and beyond and demonstrated the utmost professionalism. She was attentive, helpful, and incredibly patient as my wife looked for a particular product she wanted to purchase. I used to love this place before one time I was refused service because I was buying 1-2 items 6-7 times in a row with a cashback each time. When I ask why the manager and employees said that they are not bank. To which I said do you have a rule about it and the manager said “yes but you wouldn’t want to know it”. I said you can’t refuse me service if there is no rule about it but he said we will not give you cashback.nThe experience was unpleasant. It felt like I was denied because I was happy to buy 1 item at a time.nI checked everywhere and called CVS complaint number and no one could say that there is a rule about it.nLogically I could be told that they were out of cash but I wasn’t.nFeels pretty bad. I’m gonna get to the bottom of this. I’m gonna come to you every time I need to do this because I haven’t done anything wrong and I am going to complain every time I get a no.

Pharmacy is pretty unhelpful and rude. You might not get your medications on time or at all.nnJust go to another one.

Today the Pharmacist saved me $75 on my prescription by searching for a coupon and filling it out for me. He didn't have to do that. So grateful and appreciative!

Staff is very professional I have very few problems with new Rx's and refills in over 25 yrs of using this location. It is very busy at peak times and parking now has become difficult due to other retail outlets.
