Horrible customer service went in to get some simple pain killers cover by my workman’s Comp and the woman there claim they had nothing when I insisted I had my prescription there cause they are the closest to me(10 min walk from my house) she kept looking at her screen until she said she found it then claimed she needed all this information other than my name and social and even after I handed her all my paper work(including who to bill) she claimed there was nothing useful on it and then told me to come back with the right information and to “have a nice day” with a smart@$$ additude. Last time I’ll come to here for anything I’d rather drive an hour away to get my medication now.
