The lines are always long & with only 1 cashier at times! Rite aid needs to hire mew people to helping they're that short in workers.
I have been a Rite Aid customer for 10 year's or more, I feel like family when I walk in all of the associates are so friendly from the manager to the oharmacy, the staff is very helpful and informational, if I walk in with a frown i'm definetly walking out with a smile, I love my neighborhood Rite Aid they are the best
Lots of empty shelves and no seasonal department. By they way the store looks you can think they are going out of business.
Everyone is friendly. Angie helped us as much as she could. The only negative was that the ice cream options we minimal and a lot of them were freezer burned. They need a better system. I walked in there for butter pecan and they didn’t have any but they had like 5 strawberry ones.
Always awesome customer service staff goes above and beyond
