I was here on Saturday, and there were long lines, not uncommon, however if the store manager would stop flirting with his cashiers maybe there wouldn’t be such long lines. I come here mostly Friday's for essentials like alcohol, and Lysol wipes since that’s their load day, and the store manager always has help me out. Now, I tend to mind my own business but when you see there’s a line and you’re busy laughing and flirting with your employee instead of helping the poor girl by herself at check stand then that’s a problem. To me it should be customer service first then you can do your thing, I really do enjoy this store and hope that they can do better next time.

I was in the area visiting from south Orange County, and I was looking for some vegan friendly snacks and to my surprise, some of the staff members were very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. I definitely didn’t expect this type of service from a rite aid in this area but 10/10 I would definitely come back. I just wish I could have left a tip

Staff is always friendly here and I always see them even on their knees cleaning here! Maywood appreciates everything you guys do for the community!

Came to this store I’m a regular and I had forgotten about it too. I was looking for my receipt because I wanted to return a concealer that didn’t fit my shade and it had the name of the rude lady at check stand, Nathaly. Really must have been a bad day for her. I asked her a simple question and she rolled her eyes and had an attitude. If you are so miserable maybe don’t work in customer service babe.
